1. Who we are
DORAVISUAL is an independent software product for visualising and managing ICT supplier networks. This statement covers the public website at supplyvisual.com and the contact form on it. For data-processing questions, contact [email protected].
2. The application stores nothing on our servers
The DORAVISUAL application is browser-native. Your supplier, contract and risk models are stored locally on your own device or within your own infrastructure. We do not operate a backend that receives, stores, or processes your model data. LEI/ownership lookups are made directly from your browser to the public GLEIF API.
3. The contact form
When you submit the demo/contact form, the data you enter (name, work email, organisation, industry, role, interest, and any message) is transmitted to our form-processing provider, Formspree (Formspree, Inc.), which forwards it to us by email. This may involve processing outside the EU. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.
4. Legal basis & retention
We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We retain enquiries only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, after which they are deleted.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
6. Cookies & analytics
This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics by default. If that changes, this statement will be updated and consent obtained where required.
7. Changes
We may update this statement; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
